Who we are…..
Abraham & Sweeney, PLLC has handled many matters related to real-estate and other related matters since the inception of the firm in 2003. In 2005 we started a foreclosure defense, short sale negotiations and loan modification division in our firm. This positioned us to be one of the leaders in helping homeowners keep and or avoid foreclosure in many cases during the last recession. We take each case seriously and aggressively represent the interests of our clients. We understand the importance of getting strong results at a reasonable cost. With over 5000 cases completed, we have the experience to deal with real estate matters in the modern world.
Mr. Abraham founded the firm in 2003 and has primarily focused the practice in Real Estate. Mr. Abraham received his Bachelors in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida, his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Abraham has conducted numerous seminars and training camps related to Real Estate Law and Distressed Properties.
